Panikkos Livadiotis Group is a group of entities constituted and operating in the Republic of Cyprus in the construction and development of real estate, property management and immigration sectors.

Your non-public personal data is controlled by ‘The Group’ which consists of Limited Companies or other legal entities incorporated under the laws of Republic of Cyprus.

STORAGE OF NON-PUBLIC PERSONAL DATA
The non-public personal data that we collect, will be stored and processed in Cyprus
We shall store your non-public personal data for a retention period which does not exceed 10 years from the date of termination/ completion of the purposes for which it was collected.
Notwithstanding the above, the above retention period may be extended in certain cases to enable us to use the data for defending potential legal claims, taking into account the applicable limitation periods under relevant laws, as well as, if applicable, to comply with Anti-Money Laundering/KYC laws and regulations, Anti-Bribery/Corruption Laws and regulations, accounting and tax laws, applicable to certain jurisdictions which we operate in.

NO ERROR FREE PERFORMANCE

COMMISSION PAYMENT TO REAL ESTATE AGENTS
All license real estate agents and/or associates to be paid a commission of 3% plus VAT (If applicable), subject to the Cyprus real estate law, of the sale price upon successful sale and signing of contracts unless a different commission rate is agreed in writing between the Group and the license real estate agent and/or associate.
A licensed real estate agent/associate will be entitled to commission payment if he registers a prospective client with the Group in writing and a meeting or meetings is undertaken at the Groups offices with the prospective clients in the presence of the estate agent. No email from agents/associates with prospective clients names will be accepted by the company as an introduction and registration of a client to our Group.
In case where a client is registered to the Group by various agents then the commission will be paid to the agent who comes with the client to the office of the Group and a reservation form is signed in the presence of a real estate agent within 3 months after the agent informs the group of the client interest in buying a specific property.
Email registration of potential clients will not be accepted unless a real estate agent comes with the client at the office for a meeting and a signing of reservation of a property.
In any case a real estate agent/associate will be entitled to commission provided the above is satisfied and completed and the client proceed to the purchase of a property from the Group within 3 months after successful registration of the client by the real estate agent.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy was last updated on the 25th of May 2018.
The Group retains the right to modify or update the contents of this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Such modifications or updates will appear on this page with immediate effect. The Group may or may not notify you by email or other means however you are expected to visit our website periodically and be updated about any changes.
