Ria Court 2

Ria Court 2 quickly followed Ria Court 1 in the residential area of Tsiakkilero, in the suburbs of Larnaca which recorded immediate sales both of the flats and the shops on the ground floor. The road of what was later to become one of the most commercial links between Larnaca and Aradippou, and crossing one of the most commercial roads of Larnaca, Stratigou Timayia Avenue, a promising road where the city center would shift to in the near future. Consisting of three shops on the ground floor and an apartment, and two floors of flats, with allocated car parking for all residents.
