1. Frame: Reinforced concrete grade 25n/sq. mm in compliance with the earthquake code.

2. Walls: Hollow clay bricks, three coats of plaster internally and externally and painted in three coats emulsion internally with spirits quality finish externally.

3. Floors: Living area, kitchen, bedrooms and verandas: ceramic tiles £6.00 per m2 or parquet laminated flooring according to clients’ request. Bathroom tiles £5.00 per square metre.

4. Doors: Internally of wood oil painted, externally of coloured sliding aluminium double glazed The internal doors will be made of MDF wood coated with Beech or Oak ply, oil painted, and the external doors will be double-glazed sliding aluminium. The windows will be sliding coloured aluminium profiles, with double glazed glass.

6. Wardrobes: Build – in internally made of MDF wood coated with Beech or Oak ply, oil painted with 3 coats of varnish.

9. Plumbing and Sanitary installation: According to British standards P.V.C. pipes for drainage and C.P.V.C. for cold water supply and insulated copper pipes for hot water supply.

10. Water Supply: Sollar heater to be installed at roof level with a 1-ton water supply to kitchen sink. Hot and cold water supply to bathroom.

11. Electrical installation: Adequate number of power points, light and telephone, T.V. points.

12. Insulation: Water – proofing to the roof provided.

13. External Works: Landscaping fencing, parking spaces in accordance with the drawings.
